Any SMS/DM automation you’re using (ManyChat, IG DMs, etc.)
3) Bring your numbers (rough is fine)
Come prepared to tell me:
Cost per lead (or ad spend + leads)
Page views + opt-ins (if you know it)
Booked calls per week/month
Your best guess on where people are dropping
4) Show up with your “this is annoying” list
Don’t stress about perfect tracking. Just bring what you have:
What feels clunky or confusing right now
what you suspect is broken
What you’re tired of doing manually
What you want the system to do for you

We’ll screen share and walk through
your system like a customer would

What they see

What happens (or doesn’t) after they raise their hand
